Tri-umph Triathlon and Multisport Training is for people want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and participate in races this summer, including Triathlons, Duathlons, Aquabike, Swimming, Cycling, and Running races. This program is designed for people who want to train with a motivated, fun team to keep fit, increase energy, and achieve their personal best this race season.

Tri-umph will tailor your training program based on your age, experience, and desired race schedule. You will have a one-on-one meeting with your coach to establish your race season goals and plan. Regardless of whether you are a new or experienced athlete, Tri-umph will provide you with personalized attention and help you improve your performance, learn new techniques, build endurance, and increase speed in the upcoming race season.

We meet twice each week, and your training program is adjusted to support your race season goals. Workouts will include clinics on biking technique and maintenance, running form and mechanics, swim stroke analysis and drills, injury prevention, strength programs, nutrition, visual imagery tips, life coach, race day preparations, transitions, open water swimming, and a mock-triathlon. You will improve your core strength and flexibility while increasing speed and building endurance.

Our team of USAT certified expert coaches and instructors will add variety, education, and fun to your workouts. Tri-umph Triathlon Training includes stroke evaluations and base testing at the beginning of the season, as well as re-testing before the season ends.

Our team members receive day-to-day workouts as well as personalized attention from the Tri-umph coaching staff throughout the season. Coaches are available by email and phone throughout the season to help you achieve your goals.

Tri-umph is an Official USAT Club and Team Tri-umph members receive discounts from some Sponsors and Races. See your coach for more information.
