Swim Transitions is a program for people who are interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This program is designed for people who want to train with a motivated, fun team to keep fit and increase energy during the fall and winter months, as well as for new and experienced Swimmers and Triathletes who want to improve their performance, learn new techniques, build endurance, and increase speed in the upcoming year.

This 2 hour class combines challenging weekly swim workouts designed to help you improve your technique, speed, and endurance in the water with dry-land core, functional, and strength training, spinning, running, and other cross-training including Yoga. You will improve your core strength and flexibility while increasing speed and building endurance.

Our team of certified and experienced coaches and instructors will add variety, education, and fun to your workouts. Swim Transitions includes stroke evaluations and base testing at the beginning of the season, as well as re-testing before the class ends.

Our team members receive mid-week workouts as well as personalized attention from the certified Tri-umph coaching staff throughout the season.
