My dream is to help people to achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle, to pursue their dreams as well rounded athletes and have energy and fun that extends into their everyday life.

I started my journey at age 7 with competitive swimming. My love for swimming helped me focus through college and along the way I was lucky to learn discipline, dedication, sportsmanship and technique from my fabulous coaches.

While in college I majored in Corporate Fitness and minored in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine.

I became a National Certified Athletic Trainer and spent over 9 years supporting college and high school athletes, helping them remain healthy, while educating both the athletes and their coaches on injury prevention and proper rehab techniques.

In 1992 I volunteered as an athletic trainer at both the U.S. Swim Open and the U.S. Olympic Swim Trials. I also coached swimming at the college level for several years.

In 1989, while looking for a new challenge, I started competing in triathlons and got hooked. I have participated in triathlons at the Sprint, Olympic, Half-Ironman, and Ironman distances.

My focus has always been on injury prevention and providing individuals with a path towards a happy and healthy lifestyle based on well rounded training programs.

In 2000, I started my in-home Personal Training business, enabling me to bring my focus to my clients in the comfort of their homes. I have coached triathletes since 2003 and am a USAT Certified Level 1 Coach.

I believe in providing personal attention and customized programs to all clients whether in a one-on-one or a team/group setting.

Dream It, Believe It, Train It, and Achieve It! sm
