About 3 years ago, I was caught in a rut between work and caring for my ailing husband. I was able to fit in recreation but my stress level was very high and I could feel age overtaking my strength, flexibility and stamina.

Kate Schnatterbeck immediately assessed my body type, pros and cons, my mental attitude and my work ethic. She created a program that allowed me the ability to work out at home with a few simple "aids".

In a matter of months my energy level soared, my muscles were cut (friends called me "buff") and I regained a higher level of flexibility and mental focus.

This year, I endured major surgery, a broken wrist, bilateral hip replacement and the death of my husband. Kate hung in there with me as my fitness level slipped and created modified programs to adjust to these life changing events. I'm not sure I would have gotten through 2007 without having Kate's program and support (or my spinning bike).

Making it through this year with no mental breakdown, weight gain or muscle loss was a Tri-umph!
